FAQs

Can I camp?

Weekend tickets include camping on the Saturday night, please bring a tent! Saturday only tickets do not include camping.

Where is the festival?

Wonderland will be taking place in a beautiful location in Orpington. Exact location will be sent out to ticket holders a few weekend before the event. Nearest stations are Orpington or St Mary Cray (London Zone 6)

Should I bring a swiming costume?

Yes yes and yes!

Can I drive to the festival?

Yes, car parking is available but space is limited. You will need to purchase a car park pass for £10. Please only drive if you really need to, and please fill your car!

Where can I buy tickets?

Are tickets refundable?

Sorry, but tickets are not refundable.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Sorry, no alcohol can be brought onto the site, including the campsite. A percentage of the bar profit will be donated to the charity, and prices will be very reasonable!

What food stalls will there be?

There will be a vegan and vegetarian food stall (Rupert Street), and a burger vendor (Original Fry Up Material)

When is last entry on the festival?

Last entry is 9pm on Saturday.

Are the workshops/ activities included in the ticket price? What is extra?

All activities apart from the hot tubs, massage and face painting are included in the ticket price.

How do we book hot tubs?

Do I just bring a printout of my ticket to gain entry?

Yes, or on your mobile, your code will be scanned on the gate.

When does the site open and close?

The campsite opens at 10am on the Saturday, with the festival itself opening at noon. Last entry is 9pm Saturday. On the Sunday, the festival ends at 6pm and you must vacate the campsite by 8pm.

What time is music each day?

Music starts at noon on the Saturday, through to 3am Sunday, with acoustic entertainment after 3am. Then music continues Sunday at 10am through to 6pm, at which point the festival ends.

If I have a day ticket what time do I have to be off site on the Saturday?

For day ticket holders, the festival starts at noon on the Saturday, and music for day ticket holders finishes at 8pm, so please leave the site by 9pm.

Can I bring a gazebo?

Yes

Can we bring dogs on site?

No, except guide dogs

Is there accessible access to site?

Yes

Will there be baby changing facilities

Yes

Can we have fires in campsite?

No, although there will be one main festival campfire on site

Can I go back to the carpark to get more stuff after I have entered?

Yes

Can I drive offsite during the festival?

You will be able to leave site and return, however the gate will be closed between 3am Saturday to 10am Sunday.

Will there be places to fill up my water bottle?

Yes

What fun things will there be for kids to do?

There will be a games area (croquet, volleyball, twister etc), wandering walkabout performers, glitter wrestling, an indoor craft and games yurt, as well of course as the bands and music throughout the day on the main stage.

How many people will be at the festival?

We’re keeping the event nice and intimate - there will be no more than 500 people.

What will the drinks at the bar be like?

Beer, cider and cocktails, spirits, wine and prosecco will be available, plus soft drinks.

Will I be able to get cash back at the bar?

Yes

Will cigarettes be on sale?

Yes, at the bar

Will there be showers?

Simple outdoor showers will be available (for free) by the pool area - although they are cold!

Will there be somewhere to charge my phone?

Yes, in the Wonderland Cafe (unattended phones left at your own risk!)

Will there be a programme to buy?

Programmes will be free!

When will I be sent the exact address of the event?

Two weeks before the event. If you have purchased a ticket and have not yet received the address by 2 weeks before the event, please contact us.

Is there car parking?

Yes, but space is limited so please buy a parking pass in advance (please see tickets page). Please fill your car with friends and save parking spaces, money and the planet!

Will glamping be available?

I’m afraid that glamping won’t be available.

What charity is money being raised for?

All profit goes to the charity we support - Wonder Years Centre Of Excellence, helping communities in The Gambia.

What is Wonderland?

We’re a group of friends organising club nights, parties and areas at other festivals, in order to raise money for charity and to have fun!

Why can’t kids stay over?

The venue is only licensed for under 18s until 9pm… and we want the adults to have fun!

How many children per adult can we bring?

Two

Why should I buy a full weekend ticket rather than just a day one?

The full weekend ticket gives you access to the Saturday evening big party, and allows you to camp overnight and enjoy the Sunday with us chilling and dancing all day by the pool!

Will campervans be allowed?

Yes - but you will need to buy a cap parking pass (see tickets page)

Will we be searched on entry?

Yes, between the car park and festival site.
